Cerberus Brewing Company

Cerberus Brewery has established itself as a powerhouse that’s tucked into the eastern side of Old Colorado City. Actually, I think it’s considered downtown Colorado Springs, even though it’s west of I-25. They have a great variety of beer to choose from, to include Belgians (my favorite), several IPAs, stouts, lagers, etc. There’s also a full bar for the wackos that don’t like to drink beer at a brewery.

The beer is great, but they also have a great food menu created and prepared by a skilled chef. They offer special events to showcase beer/food pairings, if you’re so inclined. The inside of the brewery is not opening seating (except for the bar), but the host/hostess will seat you quickly enough. There is a comfortable, open seating patio that is very popular during the warm months. Dogs are more than welcome (the building used to be a veteranary clinic, so there is a reason behind the name and the love of dogs).

The beers are always great, and I love the food menu, so I never hesitate to stop by.

A dog that appreciates a good beer in Colorado.

About Me

I'm a fan of beer, and so is Vinny (my dog). We love our local breweries and probably spend too much time thinking about their brews. I'm happy to be your unofficial guide to Colorado Springs beer. I hope you enjoy our taproom tales!
